A Partnership to Raise Awareness and Prevent Injury
The Battery Controlled is a partnership to raise awareness about the risk of coin-sized battery ingestion and share information with parents, caregivers and the medical community. Organizations with an interest in protecting children from this growing threat are invited join this effort.
Partners are encouraged to:
- Share The Battery Controlled video throughout your networks to prevent button battery ingestion
- Distribute information to members and urge them to share with others
- Share information at conferences and events
- Post information to social media channels, driving viewers to www.thebatterycontrolled.com and www.facebook.com/thebatterycontrolled

- Include information in website, newsletter and other communications channels
- Participate in local events related to health, safety and/or family interests
